All Blacks & Black Ferns Fixtures 2026: Full Schedule & Dates
New Zealand rugby fans have a packed schedule of international matches to look forward to in 2026, with both the All Blacks and Black Ferns set for a busy year of competition. The All Blacks will embark on a significant tour of South Africa, their first in three decades, while the Black Ferns will aim to rebound after a bronze medal finish at the recent Rugby World Cup.
The All Blacks’ 2026 schedule begins with a “Nations Championship” series, hosting France in Christchurch on July 4th, followed by Italy in Wellington on July 11th, and Ireland in Auckland on July 18th. A November tour will witness them face Scotland at Murrayfield on November 8th, Wales at the Principality Stadium on November 15th, and England at Twickenham on November 22nd. The remainder of the All Blacks’ schedule is dominated by matches against South African teams, beginning with a fixture against the Stormers in Cape Town on August 7th. Further South African matches follow against the Sharks in Durban on August 11th, the Bulls in Pretoria on August 15th, and South Africa itself in Johannesburg on August 22nd, with additional games scheduled for August 25th, 29th, September 5th, 12th, and a final match in Baltimore, Maryland on September 12th.
The All Blacks’ Rugby Championship will not take place in 2026, with the schedule adjusted to accommodate the expanded international fixture list. The year will conclude with Bledisloe Cup matches against Australia, with New Zealand hosting the first leg in Auckland on October 10th and traveling to Sydney for the second leg on October 17th.
The Black Ferns will begin their 2026 campaign with a Pacific Four Series, facing the USA in Sacramento on April 11th, Canada in Kansas City on April 17th, and Australia on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland on April 25th. They will then host Australia in Auckland on August 22nd as part of the O’Reilly Cup competition. A series against South Africa is scheduled for September 5th in Johannesburg. The Black Ferns will conclude their home schedule with a three-match series against France in October, playing in Hamilton on October 17th, Whangarei on October 24th, and Christchurch on October 31st.
The Black Ferns are aiming to regain their dominance in women’s international rugby after losing to Canada in the semi-finals of the recent Rugby World Cup, ultimately securing a bronze medal with a victory over France. The team, currently ranked third in the world, will be looking to build momentum as they prepare for the next Rugby World Cup cycle.
