Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat – Alfamart is offering discounts of up to 40% on products in anticipation of the upcoming month of Ramadan, according to a promotional period running from February 13-15, 2026. The “Munggahan Fair” campaign is designed to allow consumers to stock up on essential goods before prices increase closer to the start of the fasting month.
The current promotion focuses heavily on cooking oil and staple food items. Alfamart is offering its own brand of 2L cooking oil pouches for Rp33,500 (Rp31,500 with GoPay), while Fortune and Sania brands are available for Rp34,200 per 2L pouch. SunCo 2L pouches are priced at Rp35,900. These prices aim to provide relief amid fluctuating commodity costs, according to the retailer.
Beyond cooking oil, Alfamart is similarly discounting other essential groceries. A 5kg bag of Alfamart Premium Rice is available for Rp69,500. Promotions on instant noodles include a “buy 5, save more” deal on Indomie Goreng All Variants for Rp14,800 and a similar offer on Sedaap Mie Soto at Rp8,200 for three packages. ABC Kecap Manis Refill (685g) is priced at Rp17,500.
The “Munggahan Fair” also includes discounts on items traditionally used in preparations for Ramadan. Sirup Marjan Boudoin (460ml, all variants) is available for Rp20,900, while ABC Squash Delight (450ml) is priced at Rp11,500. Canned sardines, specifically ABC Tomato and Chili Sauce varieties (155g), are being sold for Rp10,500 each. Khong Guan Biscuits Red Assorted (650g) are offered at a special price of Rp54,900.
Additional discounts are available on instant seasonings and household cleaning products, intended to help families prepare their homes for the holy month.
