The action at the NOW Arena kicked off with the pre-show Tailgate Brawl, where Shibata faced Jack Perry in a hard-hitting opening encounter. Shibata locked in an early headscissor before both competitors traded heavy chops. Perry delivered a running boot and worked the head and neck of Shibata into the middle buckle. After escaping a piledriver attempt on the apron, Shibata executed a vertical suplex to the floor. Perry later countered a hurracanrana into a tight Snare Trap, though Shibata reached the ropes.

Skye Blue entered the arena wearing Chicago flag-inspired gear to a hometown reception. Mina and Hart initiated the sequence, transitioning into a tag involving Blue and Aminata. Aminata shrugged off a Code Blue attempt and connected with a shoulder tackle and Chocolate Kisses. Mina followed with a tornillo for a two count and a spin kick before Hart grabbed her boot on the ropes. Capitalizing on the distraction, Skye Blue landed a knee strike and a DDT for a near fall. Hart countered with a clothesline in the corner on Aminata, while Blue added a cartwheel forearm and a snap suplex for a two count. Tags on both sides brought Mina in for a headscissors and a shotgun dropkick off the top rope to Hart.
