Adroit Industries, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra & Elevate Campuses IPO: GMP and Listing Gains

September 25, 2026 Emma Walker – News Editor News

Four mainboard initial public offerings—Elevate Campuses, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra, and Adroit Industries—opened for public subscription on Wednesday, September 23, seeking to collectively raise approximately ₹2,711.59 crore. The subscription window for all four issues runs for three days, closing on September 25, presenting investors with a busy primary market calendar as grey market premiums signal modest initial listings.

The simultaneous opening of these four public issues creates a capital-intensive window for retail and institutional investors alike. Managing multiple applications, tracking allotment dates slated for September 28, and anticipating tentative listings on the NSE and BSE by September 30 requires rigorous financial organization.

Fundraising Breakdown and Issue Sizes Across the Four Companies

Elevate Campuses accounts for the vast majority of the capital being pulled from the market. The company is raising ₹2,100 crore through a fresh issue of 5.80 crore shares, with its price band established between ₹343 and ₹362 per share, as reported by ET Now. Retail applicants are required to bid for a minimum lot of 41 shares, amounting to an entry threshold of ₹14,842.

ArMee Infotech follows with a planned fundraising target of ₹300 crore via an entirely fresh issue of 80 lakh shares. Its price band is set at ₹350 to ₹375 per equity share, requiring retail investors to apply for a minimum lot of 40 shares totaling ₹15,000, according to Livemint and ET Now coverage. Khandwala Securities operates as the book-running lead manager for ArMee Infotech, while Cameo Corporate Services acts as registrar.

Swastika Infra is targeting ₹160.88 crore through a combination of 69.46 lakh fresh shares totaling ₹128.50 crore and an offer for sale of 17.50 lakh shares amounting to ₹32.38 crore. The company set its price band at ₹175 to ₹185 per equity share, with a minimum retail application size of 81 shares requiring ₹14,985. Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors serves as the book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime India handles registrar duties.

Adroit Industries rounds out the quartet with a ₹150.71 crore book-built issue consisting of 98.97 lakh fresh shares worth ₹132.62 crore and an offer for sale of 13.50 lakh shares worth ₹18.09 crore. The price band is fixed between ₹126 and ₹134 per equity share. A retail applicant bidding for a minimum lot of 111 shares commits ₹14,874. Choice Capital Advisors acts as the book-running lead manager, with Bigshare Services serving as the registrar.

Grey Market Premium Trends and Estimated Listings

Ahead of the subscription opening, grey market premium (GMP) tracking indicated varying degrees of sentiment across the four counters. Analysts noted that while GMP figures offer an informal gauge of market appetite, they do not represent official listing prices.

Adroit Industries recorded a GMP of +26 to +34 according to tracking cited across market reports, pointing toward an estimated listing price near ₹160 to ₹168 per share, representing potential gains exceeding 19 to 25 percent over the upper band of ₹134. Over the preceding five sessions, its GMP fluctuations remained bounded within an 11-rupee span.

Elevate Campuses registered a GMP of +5 to +10, indicating an estimated listing price around ₹372 against its issue price ceiling of ₹362, translating to a modest premium of roughly 1.4 to 2.7 percent. Market analysts observed that its five-day GMP trend demonstrated tight stability with minimal variation.

Swastika Infra saw a GMP of +3 to +8 over its issue price, pushing its estimated listing price to approximately ₹188 to ₹193, reflecting a premium of about 1.6 to 4.3 percent above the ₹185 cap. ArMee Infotech posted a GMP of +12, pointing to an estimated listing price around ₹387 against its ₹375 upper band, marking a 3.20 percent increase supported by four days of consistent grey market patterns.
