A waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, built for singer Celine Dion in 1998, has sold in an off-market deal for $12.5 million.
Myron Miller Buys Former Celine Dion Home
The 14,750-square-foot Mediterranean-style residence is located in the exclusive Admirals Cove community at 370 Eagle Drive. Celine Dion owned the property until 2002, when she sold it for $9 million. An entity linked to Edward St. John, the founder and chairman of Baltimore-based St. John Properties, later acquired the home in June 2021 for $7.6 million. Local investor Myron Miller purchased the property in the latest transaction for approximately $847 per square foot, representing a 64 percent increase over the 2021 purchase price. The property had previously been listed for $20 million in May before being taken off the market in August.
Mansion Amenities and Community Context
The 0.66-acre estate includes eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. Interior features comprise a primary suite with a stone fireplace, a private home theatre with red velvet seats and a crystal chandelier, and a wine cellar. Exterior spaces feature a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a private dock providing access to local waterways and the ocean.
Buyer’s agent Willie Abreu of the Nicolas Group at Serhant noted that the community’s lifestyle offerings influenced the purchase. According to Abreu, the buyer is an avid golfer with children who values the gated neighborhood’s amenities, including a golf course, gym, restaurants, and pools. Waterfront Properties seller’s agent Rob Thomson described Admirals Cove as feeling like a resort and noted that the residence is unlikely to be demolished. Other high-profile residents in the area include Donald Trump Jr., professional golfer Dustin Johnson, and Major League Baseball player Max Scherzer.

The transaction aligns with ongoing activity in Jupiter’s luxury real estate sector. Recent high-value sales in Admirals Cove include a $14.8 million sale at 386 Eagle Drive in July, alongside June sales on Spyglass Lane that reached $17 million and $7.9 million. Data from The Real Deal shows Jupiter’s average residential sale price reached $1.3 million in the first quarter, surpassing the broader Palm Beach County average of $1.1 million.
