In partnership with the Brain Up association, the Fleurance communal social action center (CCAS) offers to participate in the “Keep a healthy heart” program consisting of 3 sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to discover the behaviors that promote a cardiovascular prevention approach and also understand the impacts of lifestyle (hygiene-dietary rules) to reduce the risk factors associated with these pathologies. This workshop is free and will take place on Thursdays, September 19, 26 and October 3, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Espace Laurentie in Fleurance, at 62, rue Gambetta. Knowing how to regularly train your heart without brutalizing it, providing it with the energy and nutrients it needs without damaging it… are just some of the questions and advice that this program will address. Everyone can be an actor in the health of their heart. It is often simple behaviors and habits anchored in everyday life that maintain or alter cardiovascular capital. This program is funded with support from the Gers department. The number of places is limited to 15 people. Registration with the CCAS, at 05.62.64.02.04.
