Xiaomi launched its Book Pro 14 laptop in China on March 19, 2026, marking the company’s return to the premium thin-and-light laptop market after a four-year absence, according to a company announcement.
The Book Pro 14 is available in three configurations, differentiated by their Intel Ultra processors: the Ultra 5 325, Ultra 5 338H, and Ultra X7 358H. The base model, featuring the Ultra 5 325 processor, 24 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage, is priced at CNY 7,999 (approximately $1,159). Upgrading to the Ultra 5 338H processor with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage costs CNY 9,199 (around $1,333). The highest-end configuration, equipped with the Ultra X7 358H processor, also with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, is priced at CNY 9,999 (approximately $1,449). All versions are offered in blue, grey, pink, and white color options.
The laptop features a 14.6-inch 3.1K resolution OLED touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. Despite the large screen size, the Book Pro 14 weighs just 1.08 kg and measures 14.95mm thick. The chassis is constructed from a die-cast magnesium alloy, reinforced with carbon fiber and a titanium keyboard support plate.
Xiaomi equipped the Book Pro 14 with a 72Wh battery supporting 100W charging. The laptop also includes full-sized HDMI and USB Type-A ports. A 140 x 93 mm touchpad and backlit keys with 1.3 mm of travel are also included. The device is powered by up to the 3rd Generation Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, utilizing Intel’s 18A process. A 10,000mm² VC cooling module with dual fans and three air ducts is designed to manage the processor’s 50W thermal design power.
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 went on sale in China on March 21 via the Xiaomi online store. As of March 20, 2026, there is no word on global availability, according to Xiaomi.
