Seoul, South Korea – Lee Young-seop, president and CEO of News1, delivered remarks at the 9th News1 Blockchain Leaders Club held at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul on January 28, 2026, according to a report by News1.
Lee’s appearance at the blockchain-focused event follows his appointment as head of the news agency in March 2023. Prior to assuming the role of president and CEO, Lee served as a vice president at News1, having joined the organization during its founding in 2011.
