Déménagement Total has been recognized with the Consumer Choice Award for the island of Montreal for three consecutive years, 2024, 2025 and 2026, the company announced this week.
The award, based on feedback from thousands of moving service customers in Montreal, acknowledges excellence and customer satisfaction in both residential and commercial moving, according to a press release. Customers were asked to evaluate staff competence, punctuality, property protection, and price transparency.
“This distinction rewards excellence and customer satisfaction… placing us at the top of the industry,” the company stated in a February 14, 2025 announcement. The company first received the award on February 15, 2024.
Déménagement Total operates facilities in LaSalle, Laval, and Longueuil, providing service throughout Montreal, the South Shore, and the North Shore. The company offers residential moving services, handling everything from apartments to large family homes, and commercial relocation services designed to minimize business disruption. Services include furniture disassembly and reassembly, and secure transport of files and equipment.
Andrei Gajos, president of Déménagement Total, emphasized the company’s commitment to quality service and investment in employee training. “Investing in the training of our teams allows us to rely on professional movers, able to meet the most stringent standards in the industry,” Gajos said, as reported by La Presse on June 21, 2024.
The company’s success was also highlighted by La Presse, which noted Déménagement Total’s ability to provide impeccable service even during the busiest moving day of the year in Quebec, July 1st.
Déménagement Total has not announced any specific plans to expand its services or facilities beyond its current coverage area.
