Jeep unveiled the 2026 Wrangler Willys 392 on Friday, a limited edition vehicle combining the heritage aesthetic of the Willys with a 470-horsepower 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 engine. The new model is slated for release in March, with a starting price of $69,995 in the U.S., or approximately 1.43 million Czech koruna, according to the manufacturer.
The Willys 392 aims to deliver a blend of classic design and modern performance, responding to consumer demand for a V-8 powered Wrangler with a more accessible price point, according to Jeep’s brand leadership. “Our community has made it clear that they want a Wrangler that returns to a classic, basic configuration combined with the unmistakable performance of a V-8 engine,” a Jeep representative stated. “It offers the traditional simplicity people love, the HEMI performance they’ve been asking for, and a price that makes this Jeep more attainable than ever before.”
Exterior features include a functional hood scoop, “Willys” decals on the sides, a steel front bumper with a winch, 17-inch wheels fitted with BF Goodrich all-terrain tires, and rock rail protectors. The vehicle will be available in a new “Goldilocks” color, inspired by a historical Jeep paint shade.
Inside, the Willys 392 offers leather seats, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, an Alpine audio system, and an available trailer tow package. Standard equipment also includes an electronic rear differential lock and LED exterior lighting. A performance exhaust system is included, offering drivers a choice between a quiet and more pronounced exhaust note.
The 2026 Wrangler Willys 392 is currently planned for release only in the U.S. Market, with no immediate announcements regarding availability in other regions.
