Novelty surf specialists Dylan Graves and Ben Gravy have both traveled too the far north for this unique experience. Even three-time world champion Mick fanning undertook an expedition to Alaska to witness and potentially surf this frigid phenomenon.
However, as far as anyone knows, no one has surfed the perpetually calving glacier in Patagonia. And there may be a good reason – it appears incredibly perilous.
