Tucker Zimmerman, a highly respected American musician whose career spanned decades and influenced generations of artists, including indie darlings Big Thief, has died in a house fire in Belgium. He was 84 years old. His wife of over 50 years, marie-Claire Lambert, also perished in the fire, wich occurred on Saturday morning, January 17th, at their home in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse, Liège.
According to reports from Sudinfo,a local Belgian news outlet,emergency services were alerted to the blaze shortly after 8:00 a.m. By the time firefighters arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames.
