Senior Compensation Analyst – San Jose, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume surroundings. This is a fully onsite position based in San Jose, California, with an immediate start date.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the execution of core compensation processes, including:
* Supporting annual focal review cycles and incentive payout administration.
* Conducting market pricing analysis and participating in salary surveys.
* Managing compensation for approximately 70 open positions.
* Providing data-driven compensation analysis for both salaried and hourly employees (with a smaller hourly population of under 100).
* Responding to general compensation inquiries and providing data support.
this role is focused on execution and requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Business partnering is not a core component of this position.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience in conventional compensation.
* Remarkable analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Proven ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
* Comfort navigating a fast-moving environment and adapting to changing priorities.
* A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, deadline-driven, and energetic approach.
* Experience with multi-state or global compensation is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $43.00 – $55.00. we provide a complete benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
