FORT WAYNE, IN - A significant winter storm has forced the cancellation of numerous popular holiday events across Northeast Indiana this Thanksgiving weekend, impacting families eager to kick off the festive season. The list of closures continues to grow as snowfall accumulates.

The following events have been temporarily suspended until weather conditions improve:
- Parkview Field’s Holiday Lights: tickets purchased for Saturday will be honored throughout the remainder of the season.
- Headwaters Park Ice Skating Rink and Winter Market: This event has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 6th.
- Wild lights at the Fort Wayne Zoo: Closed until further notice.
- Fantasy of Lights at Franke Park: Currently closed due to inclement weather.
- Steuben County christmas Parade: Postponed due to hazardous conditions.
