Amanda Seyfried stars in two upcoming films-“The Housemaid” and “The Testament of Ann Lee”-offering diverse roles for the acclaimed actress. Trailers for both projects have recently been released, providing a first look at Seyfried’s performances.
Seyfried will appear in “The Housemaid,” a psychological thriller slated for release in 2025, alongside Sydney Sweeney and Brandon Sklenar. The film, based on the novel by Freida McFadden, centers on a young woman who takes a job as a housemaid and uncovers dark secrets within a wealthy family. Lionsgate Movies released the official trailer on YouTube. Seyfried also takes on the role of Ann lee, the founder of the Shakers, in Searchlight Pictures’ “The Testament of Ann lee.” The teaser trailer, available on YouTube, offers a glimpse into the historical drama exploring Lee’s life and spiritual journey.
