Browns Rookie Shedeur Sanders Achieves Rare ⁤Victory in First NFL Start

Cleveland, OH – shedeur Sanders became the first ⁢cleveland Browns‍ rookie‌ quarterback too win his first start since 1995, leading ‍the team to a victory over the las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Sanders’ ⁤performance, marked by poise adn several ‌notable plays, comes as a‍ welcome‍ development for a Browns team relying on a young quarterback.

The Browns’ dominant ⁣defensive ⁤performance, recording 10 sacks, was instrumental in the win, but Sanders’ contribution shouldn’t⁤ be⁤ overlooked. His prosperous debut places him ‍in a select group of Cleveland quarterbacks and offers a promising glimpse into ‌the future of the franchise. Sanders is⁣ now 1-0 as a starter,‌ joining an exclusive club within the Browns’ recent history.

Sanders completed 11 of 20 passes for 209 yards, highlighted by a 52-yard completion⁤ to rookie Isaiah Bond in the first ‌quarter – the Browns’ longest passing play in the last 15 games⁣ dating back to 2024.
