The new hires, specializing in communications, marketing, and human resources, reflect the bank’s commitment to expanding its operations and deepening its engagement within the province.
These appointments signal a significant investment in building specialized expertise within the Québec team. The expanded structure is designed to support the bank’s ambitious growth objectives by enhancing marketing initiatives, strengthening community ties, and fostering employee engagement.
Here are the new team members:
* Robin Monniere,senior Director,Marketing Planning: Robin will lead marketing efforts across Québec,focusing on strategies to drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth. His responsibilities include the planning, development, and implementation of customer acquisition and engagement programs across all Québec business lines.
* Malika Delisle, Director, Marketing, Sponsorships and Events: Malika is responsible for developing and executing the bank’s event strategy in Québec, aligning it with overall marketing goals. She will oversee external events, activate corporate sponsorships of local organizations, evaluate partnerships, and manage the organization of Banque Scotia events throughout Québec.
* Geneviève Payette, Director, Communications and Community Investment: Geneviève leads communication initiatives aimed at strengthening the bank’s presence, engagement, and employee mobilization in Québec. she is responsible for producing the Québec employee newsletter and managing, activating, and promoting the bank’s community investments through the ScotiaINSPIRE program.
