About‍ the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst‌ to⁣ join our ‌growing team. This pivotal‍ role will​ focus⁢ on the analysis and interpretation of⁣ data ⁢generated from our existing and upcoming ‍products and services. ‍You will collaborate closely with our Data Science team​ to translate complex data ⁢into actionable insights, ultimately enhancing our ability to serve our customers and succeed in the ⁤marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• analyze and⁢ review data collected from products and services.
• Apply data insights to understand market trends and customer​ behavior.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality⁢ of calculations through⁢ rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with⁢ managers and developers to troubleshoot⁤ and resolve data-related issues.
• Develop ‍internal reporting features to improve​ facts sharing and streamline processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team’s⁣ objectives.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working ⁣knowledge of SQL, ​Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and/or ​R/Python (preferred).
