Jakarta, November 12, 2025 – Agung Sedayu Group founder Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, officially opened K Mall in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, yesterday, marking a significant expansion of the area’s lifestyle and economic offerings. The 3.3-hectare (33,800 square meter) mall is strategically located opposite JIEXPO Kemayoran and near the JIEXPO bus stop, aiming to become a central hub for community and commerce.
K Mall features three floors of retail space designed to foster “interaction, creativity and togetherness,” according to ASRI CEO Alexander Kusuma, who stated at the opening, “We created K Mall not only as a shopping center, but as a center of life… K Mall is expected to grow into a symbol of new energy for Kemayoran.”
The mall currently hosts tenants including Guardian, Watsons, Miniso, Oh Some, Owndays, Optik Seis, and will soon welcome Flix cinema. ASRI anticipates full tenant occupancy by next year. K Mall also boasts parking for 4,200 vehicles and dedicated event space for community activities.
Yudi Sugara, Director of Kemayoran Regional Empowerment, hailed K Mall as a catalyst for regional growth, stating its “a concrete manifestation of increasing regional value and investment attractiveness” and demonstrates Kemayoran’s “change as a center for modern, productive and highly competitive economic growth.”
The opening of K Mall signifies Kemayoran’s evolution from a primarily business and exhibition district into a dynamic urban lifestyle center, integrated with apartments, premium offices, and five-star hotels. K Mall is now open to the public.
