CARACAS – The Venezuelan Banking Association (ABV) recently convened a meeting to recognise institutions prioritizing employee growth and fostering positive work environments, underscoring the critical link between talent management and the sector’s overall strength. The event highlighted banks distinguished for their commitment to trust, motivation, and human capital – key factors in sustainable growth within Venezuela’s banking system.
The ABV’s recognition program acknowledges that a thriving banking sector is built upon the dedication of its workforce.
