Lincoln Claims State Championship Berth After Schafer‘s Semifinal Triumph

Sioux Falls,SD – ⁢November 8,2025 – Sioux Falls Lincoln High School secured its ‌place in the upcoming South Dakota High School Activities Association⁤ Class AA state championship game following a dramatic 72-69 victory over Sioux Falls Jefferson on November 7,2025,at the Pentagon in Sioux Falls. Senior guard Brody schafer delivered a clutch performance, scoring the game-winning basket in the final seconds to propel the Patriots to the title contest.

The win marks a notable ‍achievement for Lincoln, returning them to the state championship game after ​a previous appearance in 2022.
