NORTH NAPLES,FL – The North Naples shopping Center is experiencing a surge in new businesses,adding a diverse range of tenants from dining and wellness too retail. Several establishments are slated to open this month, with others planned for late 2024 and beyond.
Among the anticipated openings is The Supper Club,relocating from Davis Boulevard and formerly occupying the Tableside and Alpine restaurant spaces. The 2,200-square-foot venue will feature crushed red velvet walls, chandeliers, and a full liquor license to complement its expanded beverage programme.
Also debuting this month is Aufieri & Martinez Argentinian Steakhouse in Suite 200, the first dining concept from owners Walter Rolando Aufieri and Daniel Martínez.
Wellness options are expanding with sweathouz, which will open two locations at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt and the Tree Farm Plaza, offering infrared saunas, cold plunge therapy, vitamin C showers, and private luxury suites.
Later this year, Playa Bowls, a jersey Shore-based chain specializing in acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls, will take over the space previously occupied by Nautical bowls. Angelic Desserts Bakery & Cafe will consolidate and expand its operations into a larger space, perhaps increasing seating capacity.
Several businesses have already opened their doors at the center. Crazy King Burrito launched in Suite 100, and Mojo Thai & Sushi reopened October 16, 2025, as Mojo Thai & E-San following renovations focused on cuisine from northeastern Thailand. Sway by Shape of Wicker celebrated its grand opening in October, offering indoor and outdoor wicker furniture made in Vietnam.
“Their concept is really attractive, so we’re excited for them and hopeful that they’re going to take off here in this market,” stated a representative regarding the new tenants.
