Lithuanian Dakar Team Complete: 12 Racers Set for 2026 Challenge
VILNIUS, LITHUANIA - november 4, 2025 – The full roster of Lithuanian competitors for the 2026 Dakar Rally has been confirmed, showcasing a diverse team of 12 athletes across motorcycle, car, historic car, and truck categories. The declaration follows a period of preparation and qualifying events for several racers,including participation in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and the Breslau rally.
The Dakar Rally, renowned as the world’s most challenging off-road endurance race, draws competitors from across the globe. Lithuania‘s contingent represents a important national presence in the event, with racers vying for podium finishes and national pride. The 2026 rally will be closely watched by motorsport fans in Lithuania, as several established names return alongside emerging talents.

* David Karka
* Gediminas Shatkus
* Saulius Klevinskas
* Edvard Sokolovski – who gained experience this year at the Abu dhabi Desert Challenge and with AG Dakar School following the Breslau rally.
