Eagles tribute Band Draws Large Crowd to Pala Casino Concert, returns founder to San Diego County
PALA, Calif. – A recent concert at Pala Casino’s Events Center brought Desperado founder David Broering back to San Diego County, where he spent formative years and attended college. The Eagles tribute band drew approximately 1,600 fans on October 17, exceeding the venue’s typical 1,500-seat capacity.
broering,a Laguna Niguel resident,has a long-standing connection to the region. He was raised in Costa Mesa and is a graduate of San Diego State University before returning to Orange County. The Pala concert provided a welcome return to a familiar and appreciative audience. “I love going down there. I love the vibe, and we always seem to be very well-received when we go down there,” Broering said.
Desperado’s performance at Pala Casino highlights the enduring popularity of The Eagles’ music and the draw of high-quality tribute acts. The Events center can accommodate additional seating for larger events,as was the case for this concert. “Playing in front of 1,600 people,that’s a blast,” Broering remarked.
