BUILT. Construction to Bring Healing Space to Longmont with Recovery Café Project
BUILT. Construction has been chosen as the general contractor for the renovation and expansion of the Recovery Café Longmont, a vital community resource located at 801 Main Street in downtown Longmont.Working alongside Lightwell Architecture, BUILT. will oversee the conversion of a 5,054-square-foot existing building, adding a 2,334-square-foot enclosed addition designed to maximize natural light with a striking vertical clerestory.
The project will create a welcoming and supportive surroundings for individuals on their journeys to recovery. The redesigned space will feature a full-service café with a commercial kitchen, versatile community rooms, adaptable office areas, classrooms, and inclusive all-gender restrooms – all intentionally designed to promote inclusivity and healing.
