Your ‌Responsibilities as ​a CNA:

* Provide personalized care to residents, respecting their ‍individual needs​ and⁣ preferences.
* Regularly check on residents to ensure‍ their personal care needs are met.
* Review and implement ​changes to resident ⁣care plans as​ directed.
* Communicate any changes in a resident’s condition to the ​nursing supervisor.
* Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for programs and appointments.
* Create‍ a warm, patient,⁤ and​ cheerful environment for ​our residents.
* Maintain resident confidentiality in ⁣accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
* Participate in facility surveys as requested.

What We’re Looking For:

* Education: ⁢ 10th grade education or higher.
* Certification: Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in⁢ the⁣ state of Oregon.
* Dialog: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
* Skills: Current ⁤CPR/BLS certification is required.
* Passion: A genuine​ passion for caregiving and improving the‌ quality of life for our⁢ residents.
