Diablo 4 Players Receive Double Boost with Concurrent Seasonal Events
irvine, CA – November 15, 2023 – Blizzard Entertainment is launching two concurrent events in Diablo 4 designed to accelerate player progression as Season 10 nears its conclusion. A returning “Mother’s Blessing” event is joined by a new “Seasonal Splendor” event, increasing infernal Warp gains – the seasonal currency used to enhance Chaos powers within the game’s endgame.
the dual events offer a notable boon to players looking to maximize their time before season 10 ends on December 9. The increased Infernal Warp will allow for faster upgrades to Chaos powers, streamlining endgame activities. While Blizzard has not specified the duration of the events, similar past events have typically lasted approximately two weeks.
Season 10,titled “Season of Infernal Chaos,” introduced significant changes to the Infernal Hordes endgame activity and powerful Chaos Armor. The upcoming Season 11 promises even more sweeping alterations, including a complete overhaul of gear progression with updates to Tempering and Masterworking, and the introduction of a new item upgrade path called Sanctification.
Further changes arriving with Season 11 include a replacement of the current Renown system with a new Seasonal Rank system, a reworked potion system mirroring Diablo 3, the return of leaderboards, and increased monster difficulty through new affixes and improved AI. Players will also face a new world boss, azmodan, the Lord of Sin.
These updates are intended to lay the groundwork for Diablo 4’s second expansion, currently slated for release in 2026, which may include a Paladin class based on recent datamined leaks.
