BUDAPEST, October 17, 2025 – A bizarre exchange unfolded during the semi-finals of TV2’s “Megastar” as rapper Curtis was visibly perplexed by a contestant appearing to be a dedicated fan, prompting a pointed question about the individual’s presence and a recollection of not previously knowing him. The incident quickly spiraled into a discussion about Curtis’s past attendance at the show and accusations of a prior snub.
The confusion began when Curtis questioned the contestant, “What are you doing here, mate? Besides, you came in a green T-shirt. I spotted you right away,” referencing the fan’s clothing choice in contrast to Curtis’s preference for purple as a supporter of Újpest football club.He further stated, “I didn’t take you on, did I? I remember,” expressing his lack of recognition. The contestant than revealed the surprising truth: “You weren’t on the show.”
