Kroy Biermann reportedly contacted a woman to express concerns that his ex-wife, Kim Zolciak, was attempting to deplete his finances amid ongoing legal battles. The alleged warning came shortly after Zolciak was subpoenaed in the divorce case of Jillian Green,Kyle Mowitz’s estranged wife,regarding financial interactions with Mowitz – who is now in a serious relationship with Zolciak.
The situation escalates tensions following Zolciak and Biermann’s contentious split and divorce proceedings. Green’s subpoena sought documentation related to any financial support Zolciak may have received from Mowitz, including gifts, expenses, loans, or business connections. Sources indicate Zolciak’s relationship with Mowitz began in April or May of this year, marking her first serious relationship as filing for divorce from Biermann.
According to TMZ, the subpoena requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
As of October 15, 2025, Biermann has not publicly responded to requests for comment regarding the alleged warning to the woman or the broader legal developments.
