According to a witness, the pair were observed kissing after Perry maneuvered her boat alongside a whale watching vessel.
The encounter reportedly took place off the coast of Santa Barbara in late September, though news of the outing surfaced publicly this past Saturday.
Speculation about a possible relationship began in July, following reports of an intimate dinner the two shared in Montreal and a subsequent walk in Mount Royal Park. Trudeau was also seen attending a performance of Perry’s “Lifetimes” tour in Canada.
