Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – October 12, 2025 – Prestige Estates, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has launched ‘Mayflower’, teh second phase of its township project, ‘The Prestige City, Indirapuram‘ in Ghaziabad, comprising 620 housing units with a total estimated gross advancement value (GDV) of approximately Rs 2,200 crore.
The launch follows the near-complete sale of the 3,421 units in the first phase – Oakwood and Mulberry – which generated around Rs 9,000 crore in sales value. The entire township is spread across a 62.5-acre site in Indirapuram Extension, along National Highway 24.
Praveer Shrivastava, Senior Executive VP, Residential, Prestige Group, stated the GDV of the new ‘Mayflower’ phase is around Rs 2,200 crore.
This project contributes to the company’s strong recent performance. Prestige Estates reported a 50% increase in sales bookings to Rs 6,017.3 crore during the second quarter of the fiscal year, driven by robust housing demand. Sales volume for the september quarter reached 4.42 million square feet, a 47% year-over-year increase, with 2,069 units sold. Average apartment realization rose 8% to Rs 14,906 per square foot, while plot realization increased sharply by 43% to Rs 9,510 per square foot.
For the first half of the fiscal year, Prestige Estates achieved record sales of Rs 18,143.7 crore,a 157% year-over-year increase,surpassing total sales bookings for the entire 2024-25 fiscal. This encompassed 13.96 million square feet of sales volume,representing 6,788 units sold.
Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, Prestige Group, noted the company’s “outstanding first half, marked by record sales and strong collections,” with significant contributions from Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai.
As of June 2025, Prestige Group has delivered 307 projects spanning 199 million sq ft and currently has a pipeline of 132 projects across 200 million sq ft.
