Whitewater, WI – The Greater Whitewater Committee (GWC) will host edgerton Hospital and Health Services CEO, Marc Augsburger, at its October meeting to discuss the recently opened Urgent Care facility in Whitewater.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 9th at 7:00 a.m. at Jessica’s Family Restaurant,located at 140 W Main St,Whitewater,WI 53190.
Augsburger, a 37-year healthcare veteran, has served as CEO of Edgerton Hospital and Health Services since March 1, 2021. He holds degrees in nursing and an MBA wiht a Healthcare Emphasis, and has 16 years of experience leading Critical Access Hospitals.
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services has recently received national recognition for patient satisfaction, being named a National Rural Hospital Association Top 20 Critical Access Hospital for the second consecutive year by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. Additionally, EHHS was recognized as a 100 best Hospital for Patient Experience (under 25 beds) and earned the Woman’s Choice Award, ranking #5 nationally.
