With a capacity for 30 diners, Fisgón offers a menu that champions flavour and product, alongside a wine list boasting fifty exclusively national references, with a particular emphasis on small producers.
The menu features both reimagined classics and established favorites. diners can choose between traditional options like King Torrija with lemon ice cream or pears al Jerez stuffed with homemade recovery, or explore newer creations such as soul eggplants, cod ‘a la gabardina’, and Bollito preñao stuffed with potato black pudding and cheese cake from La Serena. Other popular dishes include the “Abrandada” salad of Gamba Blanca de Huelva, Gildero egg, Tigre mussels, and the “Minullete” of grilled ear and mojo picón.
