Home Care North America Supply Chain Finance Manager – Unilever
Unilever is seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Home Care North America Supply Chain Finance Manager.This role is critical in providing financial analysis and support for our supply chain and operations.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, business, or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience is required, with a strong focus on supply chain/operations finance. Prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred.
This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting is essential, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640 annually. Compensation decisions at Unilever are based on a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, qualifications, education, and overall business needs.
This role is eligible for both a performance-based bonus and participation in Unilever’s Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan.
