The Carabao cup last 16 draw paired Newcastle United with Tottenham Hotspur in one of four all-Premier League clashes. Other Premier League matchups include Arsenal against Brighton, Liverpool versus Crystal Palace, and Wolverhampton taking on Chelsea.
Wrexham, the League Two side co-owned by actor Ryan Reynolds, will host Welsh rivals Cardiff City. Swansea City will face manchester city in another tie.
