responsibilities & Required Skills:

The Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing social media presence, and crafting compelling content. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar agency role is essential. Fluency in both french and English, both written and spoken, is non-negotiable.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of social media best practices and community management techniques,alongside experience in engagement strategy,content management,and digital campaign execution.

Technical proficiency is paramount, including mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Keyword Planner, Trends) and advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is required. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, email marketing tools (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Cyber Impact), donation/event platforms (Zeffy, Eventbrite, Greenvelope), and CRM systems (Eudonet, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday, Odoo, Salesforce, Yapla) is highly valued.
