AT&T Data Breach Settlement: How to Claim Your Payment

AT&T⁤ Data Breach ⁣Settlement: millions‌ Eligible for Payouts ‌- Deadline November⁤ 18,2025

Customers⁢ potentially impacted by AT&T data ‌breaches⁢ in March and⁢ July 2024 may⁣ be eligible for a portion of a settlement fund,with payouts potentially reaching up to ‌$7,500 for those affected by both incidents. The deadline to file a⁢ claim is Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Who is​ Eligible?

Individuals who‍ had their ‍data compromised in either the March 2024 or July 2024 breaches are potentially eligible. The settlement covers ‌those whose Social Security numbers or othre ‍personal ⁤data‌ were exposed.

There are three tiers of⁣ cash payments available:

*‌ Tier 1 Cash payment (March breach): For members whose Social‌ Security Number was included in⁢ the March incident. This tier pays five ‍times the amount of a Tier 2 Cash Payment.
* ⁣ ⁣ Tier 2 Cash Payment (March breach): For members who had other data elements ‌exposed in⁣ the March incident,but ​not their Social ‍Security Number.
* Tier 3 Cash ‌Payment‍ (July breach): An choice to a documented loss claim,this payment is a pro rata share of‌ the funds remaining after settlement management costs,attorney’s fees,costs,and service awards are paid. The exact amount will depend on⁤ the number of valid claims received.

Those impacted by‍ the March 2024 ​incident can⁢ claim ‍up to​ $5,000 with documented losses, while​ the ‍July 2024 breach ‍could net ⁢up to $2,500.

How to File a Claim:

Claims can be filed online at https://www.telecomdatasettlement.com/. Click “submit claim” and provide either a class ⁣member ID, email address, AT&T account‍ number, or full name.Additional‌ documentation will be required to complete the claim.

Individuals who did ⁤not receive a confirmation code and notice ID can contact Kroll Settlement⁤ Administration at 833-890-4930 for ‍assistance. ⁤

Claims can be filed ‌online or mailed, and must be received or ⁤postmarked⁣ by November 18, 2025.
