Bad Bunny’s involvement in the anniversary festivities included opening the show with a duet alongside Paul Simon and participating in a comedic sketch. His return signals a continued commitment from SNL to feature prominent Latin artists and broaden its appeal. The upcoming episode will also introduce five new cast members following the departure of Ego Nwodim and Devon Walker, as the show enters its 50th season having recently secured 12 Emmy Awards, including one for Outstanding Variety special.
