PARIS – A lucky player struck it rich at the Barrière casino on the Champs-Élysées, winning over €220,000 playing Ultimate ⁢Poker on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The win is being hailed as the largest single payout of‍ the year at the prestigious parisian venue and the⁢ third-largest in the club’s ⁤six-year history.

The casual player, a man in his sixties known for enjoying high-stakes betting, hit a royal Flush, triggering a progressive jackpot that had been building since July 17. The total ⁣prize amounted to €222,978, with €148,558 coming directly from the progressive jackpot pool.
