Bagré, Sept. 15,2025 (AIB) – The 2025-2026 school year officially commenced today in Bagré,burkina Faso,with a focus on work ethic,discipline,and expanding access to quality education for all students. The Basic Education District (CEB) of Bagré launched the administrative start of the new academic year, emphasizing it’s importance for the region’s youth.
according to Belemgnegré Etienne, Director of the CEB of bagré, the new school year represents a crucial step in developing the future workforce of the town. “the 2025-2026 school year is under the sign of work, discipline and hope, in a context of continuous efforts to improve access to quality education for all,” he stated.
The CEB called for unified efforts from all stakeholders to ensure a accomplished school year, urging students to embrace the new term with seriousness, courage, and discipline.
Gérard Maré, president of the special communal delegation (PDS), commended the dedication of parents, teachers, and students. He also pledged continued support for initiatives aimed at bolstering the local education system, specifically focusing on improving school infrastructure and providing assistance to disadvantaged students.
