The decree expresses gratitude to both officials for their service during their tenures.Notably,Dr. alejandro Cacace has been instantly appointed,effective September 1,2025,to the position of Secretary of Deregulation,succeeding Mr. Rossi. This promotion places Dr. Cacace at the helm of the Ministry’s core deregulation efforts.
