Thirteen players with ties to the local area appeared on NFL rosters this ‍week, with eight seeing action on active rosters. ‍Here’s a rundown of their performances:

Henley Shines with Sack in Chargers Victory: Linebacker daiyan Henley of the ⁤Los Angeles Chargers had a strong showing in their 27-21 ⁤win over Kansas City in Brazil. Henley played all 61 defensive snaps, adding three special teams snaps, and finished with​ eight tackles, including an 8-yard sack of Patrick Mahomes – his second⁣ career sack.

Doubs played 34 offensive snaps (71% of team plays) and recorded two receptions for 68 ‌yards.Notably,⁢ he secured a career-long 48-yard reception in the second quarter that helped set up a touchdown. He was third on the team in targets, behind Jayden Reed ‌and tucker​ Kraft.

Other Notable Performances:

Joel​ Bitonio (Cleveland Browns): The offensive guard played all 76 offensive snaps and three on special teams in⁤ a narrow 17-16 loss to Cincinnati. He played a penalty-free ‌game.
Austin Corbett (Carolina Panthers): Corbett started at offensive guard, playing all 64 offensive snaps in Carolina’s 26-10 defeat by Jacksonville. He was flagged for one penalty.

Inactive/Reserves:

Ale Kaho (Washington Commanders): Was one of Washington’s seven inactive players in their​ 21-6 win over the Giants. Brandon Aiyuk (San⁣ Francisco 49ers): Remains‍ on injured reserve. Practice Squad: Elijah Cooks (Philadelphia Eagles), Emany Johnson (Los Angeles Chargers), Keleki Latu (Buffalo Bills), and Nephi Sewell (New Orleans Saints) are currently on their respective teams’ practice squads.
