australian Israelis Protest Australia‘s Recognition of Palestinian State
Tel aviv,Israel – A small demonstration took place outside the Australian embassy in Tel Aviv this week,as a group of Australian Israelis voiced their opposition to the Australian government’s recent decision to recognize a Palestinian state. Approximately 30 protesters gathered, carrying signs and chanting slogans, including “Support your mates, not terror states.”
The protest was organized by Michael Frumar, who argued the timing of the recognition sends a troubling message. “The 7th of October attacks took place not even two years ago, and by giving them a Palestinian state or declaring a Palestinian state, you’re basically saying
