Santiago, Chile – As Chile prepares for Dieciocho, the annual party of independence, a diverse range of fondas-customary Chilean festivities-are gearing up too offer music, food, and cultural experiences throughout the Santiago Metropolitan region (RM). Ticket sales are underway for several prominent events, catering to a variety of tastes and budgets.

Fonda Nomade at Matucana 100 will transform the cultural center into a unique celebration blending comedy, rock, cumbia, and cueca. The lineup includes 22, Metlengua, Knows Moya, Holy Neighborhood, Duo pajarito, and others. Peñaflor‘s Costumbrista Fiesta 2025 promises a family-focused atmosphere with live music, folklore, gastronomy, and entertainment areas including games, wetland access, and picnic grills. Headlining artists include Illapu, María José Quintanilla, Amar azul, Grupo Alegría, Entre Mares, los Jaivas, and cuatro Vientos.
