Four of the top ten most vital topics relate to AI – AI in Marketing (93%), AI Content Creation (86%), AI Search (81%), and Prompting (78%) – signaling its rapid integration into marketing practices.
However, traditional marketing pillars remain strong. Content Marketing (87%) holds the second spot, emphasizing that how content is delivered is now key. Customer Journey (81%), Marketing Automation (79%), and Personalization (79%) demonstrate AI is enhancing, not replacing, existing strategies.
Despite the rise of AI, authenticity remains highly valued, with 75% of marketers considering authentic content relevant. This highlights a growing recognition for human creativity alongside technological advancements. Storytelling (79%) and Customer Experience (79%) further underscore the importance of emotional connection.
Email (90%) continues to reign as the most utilized communication channel, followed by LinkedIn (86%), Instagram (73%), Facebook (65%), and YouTube (69%). while these established platforms are widely used, podcasts (16% planning new activities) and WhatsApp (18% planning new activities) show the most significant growth potential, currently used by only around 25% of marketers.This shift suggests a desire for more direct and personal communication channels as algorithms increasingly shape established social media platforms.
