No. 9 San Marcos also‍ secured a decisive win, triumphing‌ over ‌Anaheim Tesoro‍ 45-14. ⁣No. 2 Cathedral Catholic continued its winning streak,defeating Mountain View ​st.‌ Francis ‌35-7.

Grossmont ‍High school secured a 36-14 victory over Westview. Queen Creek Casteel⁣ (Arizona) defeated ⁢Helix 51-14. La Jolla High School​ dominated Patrick ‍Henry, winning 52-14.Mission Bay defeated Holtville 37-24,while Mission Hills edged out El dorado ‍Hills ​Oak ​Ridge 24-13. ⁣Kearny secured a⁤ narrow 12-6 win against Monte Vista.

Mt. Carmel defeated La⁣ Jolla ⁤Country day 34-27 in ⁣a⁢ closely contested game.⁢ Rancho Bernardo defeated Brawley 28-7. ‍Point ​Loma edged ⁢past‍ Otay​ Ranch 14-7. No. 10 ​Poway showcased its strength with a 48-15 victory over Ramona. ⁤Rancho Buena‍ Vista ​defeated Sweetwater 30-13. Del Norte won against St. Augustine 19-12.

Santa fe christian achieved a resounding‌ victory⁢ over Valley Centre, winning 49-20. Mar vista dominated Victory Christian with a score ⁤of 50-12. Torrey Pines defeated San Pasqual 30-13. ⁣las Vegas⁤ The⁢ Meadows School defeated Tri-City Christian 36-6. ​Mira ⁣Mesa defeated Valhalla 28-8.

Additional Friday⁢ results⁢ included: granite Hills ⁣(score unavailable), Escondido Charter at maranatha Christian, Calipatria at Mountain Empire, ⁤Madison at⁤ Steele ​Canyon,⁣ Scripps ⁣Ranch ⁣at Downey Warren, and⁣ Indio Shadow⁢ Hills defeating‌ palo Verde Valley 19-6. Looking ⁣ahead,several 8-man football games are scheduled. ‍Calvin Christian will‍ play at Julian on August 30th at ⁤4:00 ‍PM.Saturday’s schedule includes a nonleague matchup⁣ between Christian and‌ Bishop’s at La Jolla High School⁣ at‍ 7:00 PM, and an 8-man game featuring St.⁤ Joseph ⁤Academy at Ross Branson at 10:00 AM.
