Egypt Launches “Your Home in Egypt” Initiative with Discounts⁣ for Egyptians Abroad

Cairo,‌ Egypt – The⁣ Egyptian Ministry of Housing has launched the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, offering approximately​ 3,000 housing, commercial, and⁣ administrative units across ⁢multiple new cities. the program ⁣aims to provide accessible housing options, especially for Egyptians‌ living abroad, with‍ special discounts and flexible payment⁣ plans.

The ⁤available units are distributed across several projects: ⁣”Diarna” in New Cairo, New Alamein, New Minya, ​New Assiut, New Sohag, New Damietta, May 15 ⁤City, and New qena;⁣ “housing Egypt” in New ⁤Alamein, New Mansoura, New Damietta, and New October City; “Dar⁤ Egypt” in Badr City and Burj Al Arab; “Jennah” in‌ New Mansoura and ​New Damietta;⁣ “Valley ⁣Towers” in October Gardens city,⁣ and “Valley Towers East” in Obour City.

Discounts for Egyptians Abroad

Egyptians⁢ residing abroad are eligible for a 7% discount on the ‌total price ⁢of​ the units. The Ministry of Housing is offering ⁤a payment period of up to 10 years. A reservation‌ deposit of $5,000⁤ per unit is required.

The initiative responds to requests from Egyptians abroad, as discussed with Minister of Housing⁣ Sherif El-Sherbiny during the sixth edition⁤ of the Egyptian conference ‍abroad, organized ‍by the⁢ Ministry of foreign ⁣Affairs. El-Sherbiny⁣ emphasized the initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s commitment to supporting Egyptians abroad and strengthening their ties to ⁢Egypt, as well as their participation ⁢in the nation’s advancement.
