Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: August 8, 2025
As a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information with third parties. Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sharing” is broadly defined and can include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., targeted ads).
You can exercise your right to opt out in two ways:
1. Automated Opt-Out (Global Privacy Control)
Global Privacy Control (GPC) Honored
We automatically recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or browser extension has GPC enabled, we will automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browser. No further action is needed from you.
To learn more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Manual Opt-Out Request Form
If you do not use the GPC signal, you can manually submit your opt-out request using the form below. Please provide the email address associated with your account or Browse activity on our site. Email Address: Confirm My Opt-Out Request
Alternatively, you can submit your request by emailing us directly at privacy@world-today-news.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell/Share My Information.”
What Happens Next?
After you submit your request, we will work to process it in accordance with the law. You may still see advertisements on our site, but they will not be personalized based on data we have sold or shared. If you have an account with us, this request will be linked to your account. If you do not, it will be linked to your browser’s identifier.
You may opt back into data sharing at any time by contacting us.
