Rashawn Slater Signs Long-Term Extension with Los Angeles Chargers
The Los Angeles Chargers announced today that they have reached an agreement on a multi-year contract extension with their star left tackle, Rashawn Slater.
As his arrival as the 13th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Slater has been a cornerstone of the Chargers’ offensive line. He has started every one of his 52 career appearances at left tackle, providing crucial blind-side protection for quarterback Justin Herbert. Herbert has achieved numerous league-wide passing milestones with Slater’s assistance.
