Latvian Volleyball Championship “Depo Open 2025” Events in Daugavpils

Daugavpils is set to host a significant beach volleyball event, welcoming athletes for both youth and professional championships. From July 22 to July 27,the central beach of the Great Hive Lake will be the venue for Stage 6 of the Latvian Youth championship and Stage 3 of the Depo open 2025 Latvian Championship.

The initial four days of the event, from July 22 to July 25, will focus on youth competitions. Athletes across U14, U16, U18, and U20 age categories from all over Latvia will compete daily between 11 am and 8 pm.

Following the youth tournaments, the Stropu beach will host the 3rd stage of the Depo Open 2025 Latvian Championship from July 25 to July 27. This championship features four regional stops culminating in finals, showcasing the season’s top beach volleyball talent. The championship’s motto, “Everything to do!”, aptly describes the range of activities in Daugavpils, from junior matches to intense adult competitions.

The competition schedule for “Depo Open 2025” is as follows:

• July 25: Qualifying rounds and initial group stage matches for the men’s competition.
• July 26: Continuation of the group tournament and the Kindle Games.
• July 27: Semi-finals and finals to determine the champions.

This event is organized by the Latvian Volleyball Federation in collaboration with the Daugavpils National Local Government and other partners, with support from the Latvian Volleyball Federation.

Admission to all competitions is free. Spectators are encouraged to attend, support the athletes, and enjoy various activities, including competitions, music, and cheerleading performances. Live broadcasts of the crucial sunday matches will be available on Best4Sport.
